The portable stand that pays for itself

A roll-up banner rolls out of a cassette base and is held by a rear pole, so one person can set it up in under a minute. Shops, banks, schools and exhibitors use them at counters, entrances and stands.

Size and base

85 x 200 cm is the everyday size in Kenya. 80 cm suits tight spaces, and 100 and 120 cm give more visual weight at exhibitions. The economy base suits occasional use. The standard base is a better all-rounder and the premium base is sturdier for frequent travel.

Print stock

Standard print is fine for normal indoor lighting. Blockout stock has an opaque back layer so bright light or a busy background does not show through. That is helpful near windows.

Design points

Keep key content between 40 cm and 160 cm from the floor, because the bottom 20 cm sits in the base and the top can be hard to see. Put the logo high, the message in the middle, and contact details near the lower third.
