Do I need an account?

No. You check out as a guest with your name, email and M-Pesa phone number. An account is created for you automatically so you can follow the order, and you sign in later with a link sent to your email. There are no passwords.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, and it differs by product. The minimum is shown on each product page and the calculator will not let you order below it.

Can I order by phone?

Are the prices on the site final?

The price you see is the printing price for the options and quantity you selected. VAT at 16% and delivery are added at checkout and shown as separate lines.

With M-Pesa. At checkout you get an STK prompt on your phone and you enter your PIN. There is no manual Paybill or Till option.

Do prices drop for larger quantities?

Yes. Each product has quantity tiers and the calculator tells you when ordering more brings the unit price down.

What artwork format do you need?

Vector files are best (PDF, AI, EPS, CDR). We also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG and PSD. Upload files in the cart or send them on WhatsApp.

I do not have artwork. Can you design it?

Yes. Choose 'I need design help' in the cart and our design team will contact you. The design fee is quoted separately from printing.

How long does printing take?

Each product page shows its production time, counted from artwork approval and payment. Large or specialist runs may take longer and we tell you before you pay.

Can you do urgent jobs?

Where do you deliver?

To all 47 counties. Delivery is charged by zone at checkout: pickup is free, Nairobi CBD and inner Nairobi KES 250, Nairobi outskirts KES 350, Nairobi metropolitan KES 500, major towns KES 600 and the rest of Kenya KES 800.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collect from the workshop at GoDown No 25, Vishva Business Park, Mombasa Road, Nairobi. Opening hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-8:00pm, Sat 9:30am-4:30pm, Sunday closed.

How long does delivery take?

What if the print is wrong?

If we printed something different from the proof you approved, we reprint it at our cost. See the refund and reprint policy for the full terms.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel before production starts. Once printing has begun a custom job cannot be cancelled, because the materials are already used.

What are KEBS UCR stickers?

They are the standardisation mark stickers applied to goods under Kenya Bureau of Standards requirements. We print them to the required layout and quantities.

Can you print my UCR numbers?

Yes. Send the number range or the data file and we print sequential, non-repeating numbers.

Which asset tag should I choose?

Anodized aluminium for long outdoor life, acetone-activated for controlled adhesive application, polyester for economical ICT tagging, tamper-evident where removal must show, and barcode or QR where you scan. Our guides compare them in detail.

How do acetone-activated tags work?

The adhesive is activated with acetone at the moment of fixing. Work in a ventilated area, wear gloves, keep it away from flame and test on a hidden spot first.

Can you tag the assets for us?

Yes. Our on-site tagging service fixes the tags and updates your asset register at your premises.

Do you offer credit terms?

Credit terms and LPO invoicing are available to approved companies. Apply through the corporate accounts page.
