About Printstudio
Printstudio is a printing and branding workshop on Mombasa Road in Nairobi. We print asset tags, stickers and labels, banners and signage, apparel, corporate gifts and business stationery for companies, schools, NGOs and government offices across Kenya.
Our story
Why we built a print shop with real prices
Buying print in Kenya usually starts with a phone call and ends with a quote days later. We wanted the opposite: a catalogue where you can see the material options, choose your quantity, and watch the price change in front of you before you commit to anything.
That started with asset tags. Finance and ICT teams kept asking the same questions, which tag survives outdoors, which one cannot be peeled off and reused, and what it costs to tag a few hundred items. So we built the tag range first, wrote the guides, and added on-site tagging for teams that would rather we did the fixing and the register.
Today the same approach runs through everything we print, from KEBS UCR stickers and product labels to roll-up banners, branded t-shirts, mugs and lanyards. Order online, or send your requirement on WhatsApp and we will come back with a straight answer.
