When you already have the garments

This service is for clothing and items you supply, or that we source with you. It is suited to staff who have already bought uniforms, or to gifts like jackets and bags.

Digitising

Your logo must be converted into stitch instructions before an embroidery machine can sew it. This is a one-time setup, and the file is stored for future orders. Simple, bold logos with few colours stitch best; very fine text and gradients are simplified.

Placement and size

Left chest logos are typically up to 8 cm wide. 12 cm fits a larger chest or sleeve design. 20 cm suits back prints on jackets.

Fabric matters

Stable, medium-weight fabrics take embroidery best. Very thin, stretchy or heavily textured fabrics can pucker; tell us the fabric and we will advise on backing and technique.
