Who buys roll labels

If you print your own tags in-house from an asset system, you need blank or pre-printed rolls that match your thermal transfer printer. Rolls are also used when a team wants to number and stick a very large batch quickly, such as a hospital, campus or stock take.

Matching the core and label

Printers have a fixed core size, so check yours: 25 mm, 40 mm and 76 mm are the options here. Label sizes 50 x 25 mm, 75 x 38 mm and 100 x 50 mm are common in Kenyan warehouses. Polyester is tough and long-lasting with a resin ribbon, thermal paper is cheapest for short-life labels, and white PP resists moisture.

Pre-printed numbers

We can print sequential numbers or an Excel list of numbers on the roll, ready to peel and stick, so you do not need an in-house printer at all.
