Calibration and inspection labels record when an instrument, tool or vehicle was last checked and by whom. Auditors look for them, and they protect you if a customer or regulator asks for evidence.

What the label needs

Space for a date, the next due date, a technician's initials or signature, and often a unique number. Small formats such as 30 x 15 mm fit instruments, while 75 x 40 mm suits larger equipment or vehicle windscreens.

Material choice

Polyester tolerates heat, oils and cleaning. Void PET adds tamper evidence, so a label cannot be moved to a different instrument. Numbered labels let you tie each label to a record in your register.
