Floor stickers keep queues in order, mark distancing, direct visitors and promote products at the point where people are already looking down: near tills, entrances and lifts.

Safety first

A floor graphic must not turn the floor into a slipping hazard. Anti-slip laminate provides grip, and standard laminate suits light indoor foot traffic. Consider traffic level and whether the floor is polished or wet.

Surface and use

Smooth, clean, dry floor such as sealed tile or concrete gives the best hold. Textured or dusty floors do not bond well. Expect wear in busy areas, and replace graphics on a schedule if they are used heavily.
