Labels made for your printer

Thermal transfer printers use a ribbon to print sharp barcodes and text onto the label as needed. They need labels with a coating suited to that process, otherwise prints smudge or fade.

Matching stock to your printer

Check your printer's label width, core size and sensor type. Paper works for short-life shipping and stock labels. PP survives moisture, abrasion and outdoor storage. A 100 x 150 mm label is the standard shipping size used by many couriers.

Before you reorder

Note your printer model, roll diameter limit and core size. Ask your ribbon supplier which ribbon type pairs with paper or PP labels, since mismatched ribbon and label give poor print.
