About this product
The copy stays with the customer, the record stays with you
NCR paper transfers pressure into a copy without carbon sheets. Duplicate books give the customer the top sheet and keep the second for records. Triplicate books add a third copy for accounts or delivery.
Choosing the size
A6 fits a pocket and is common for market traders and boda operators. A5 is the standard for shops and service businesses. A4 is for full invoices, quotations and contracts.
Numbering
Sequential numbering makes it easy to spot a missing receipt and helps with audits. Give us the starting number, and if you order several books, we number each in order. Keep used books for the period your accountant advises.
Layout and colour
One colour is economical and clear. Full colour is only worth it if your logo needs to show in colour. Leave enough writing space for the amounts column and remember VAT or PIN fields if you need them.
